Items will be shipped within 2-4 working days.​UK orders are sent 1st class by royal mail.

You can upgrade to recorded or special delivery at checkout.  Please note, this does not mean it will definitely be sent out the day you order it – it just means that the order will be tracked once posted. 

If you need your order to arrive on a specific day, please contact me first and if I can make it happen I absolutely will.

If you would like your order to be sent with tracked delivery, there is the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout. 

Delivery Times vary depending on where you are but as a rough guide:

EU Countries: 3 – 7 working days

Everywhere Else:  5 – 10 working days

Brexit: I am still shipping as usual to EU countries but please be aware that orders ‘may’ now be subject to customs charges upon arrival and this is the responsibility of the customer to pay.  It will vary depending on your country’s import laws. I wish this wasn’t the case.

I want you to love your jewellery.  If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to me in the original condition within 28 days of receipt. 

To arrange a return please repackage the item, including your name and order number, then post to:

Items must be sent back in the original packaging and in the same condition they were sent in.  

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and it is advised to use a recorded delivery method as lost items cannot be refunded.   Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be processed upon receipt of the goods. Once I have processed your refund I will notify you by email.  Delivery charges (the amount you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
