DELIVERY & RETURNS
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible where we have an item in stock however we are a small team and often make pieces to order so please allow 2-3 business days for UK delivery and 5-15 days for overseas delivery.
If your order is urgent and you need it for a specific date please let me know in the comments section when ordering or drop me and email // email@example.com
All orders are sent First Class Royal Mail. If your order is over £50 it will automatically be upgraded to recorded delivery.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like an exchange or refund please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 business days.
Unless faulty, all returns are sent at the expense of the customer. It is advisable to post items via recorded delivery as lost return items are not valid for a refund. Please contact us first before returning any item.
Commissioned pieces or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
When ordering rings online it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size and you may incur a charge for the ring to be sized unless we have the correct size in stock, in which case we are happy to exchange it for no extra cost. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
